Welcome to Fabiola where you will find photos and information on my Siamese, Oriental and Burmese cats.
My name is June Clarey and my GCCF registered prefix is Fabiola. I live on the outskirts of the City of Bath in Somerset, with my son Matt, our two dogs and the cats.
I hope that you will enjoy looking at my web site, and that you will like the pictures of my cats past and present. Some of the cats you will see have lived with me throughout their lives, some will have gone to live with new owners. Most people who come to me for a kitten send me photographs and regular updates, I really enjoy hearing from owners of the cats that I have bred.
My cats are my pets and live in the home with me, they have an outside run where they can have a breath of fresh air, and watch the birds, but cannot catch them! Kittens are born in my bedroom, they are brought up in the home amongst the usual day to day comings and goings of normal household. They usually leave home at around 13 to 14 weeks of age.
I ask new owners to sign a Contract with me, promising to return the kitten if things go wrong. I will usually take back any cat that I have bred no matter how long ago he left home.
My first Siamese queen was a Blue Point girl, unfortunately she had a caesarian section with her first litter of kittens and was spayed. A little later I bought in a beautiful Chocolate Point Siamese, Mistu Heidi, she was bred by Michelle Phillips. Nikki, as she was known to her friends and family was a wonderful little cat and from her I kept 3 daughters, Aduam Arabesque, who was bred before I had my prefix, Fabiola Fennimore and Fabiola Blue Roses. My Siamese queen Fabiola Sunny Skies, is a decendent of Mistu Heidi through Fabiola Fennimore and Fennimore`s half sister Fabiola Lindy Hop. Fabiola Lindy Hop went to Honor and Roger Single and founded the Sinope line of Siamese cats.
In May 1992 I bred my first litter of Burmese kittens, from my Brown Burmese foundation queen Rocheros Bijou. The Rocheros cats are bred by my good friend Hazel Rochefort. From Bijou I kept Fabiola Bijou Rose, a Brown girl. My Brown Burmese queen, Rocheros Fabulous Ruby is a Gt.Gt. Grand Daughter of Fabiola Loving Spoonful, a daughter of Bijou Rose.
I now have two Oriental kittens, an Oriental Red carrying the Cinnamon gene, Medchuarta Jaryd, and an Oriental Black girl Medchuarta Raena. I am looking forward to breeding Orientals from these two. For introducing me to the Orientals and making this possible I would like to thank Maaike and Dave Moynes, The Cattery Fearbhail, in Holland and to their Breeder Jutta Beinker, in Southern Ireland.
